Alex Hartnoll – Family Law Executive GCILEx, Buckles Solicitors LLP

My legal career began by completing a law degree by distance learning with Nottingham Trent University. Since graduating, I have qualified with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in August 2018 (GCILEx).

I have worked in family law since 2016 and it has always been my primary interest. I have experience in divorce and financial remedies, private law children matters (including residence, contact and parental responsibility) and change of name.

I take a collaborative approach to resolving legal disputes and believe that this is especially important within family law. I will offer you calm and realistic advice, and guide you through the legal process from start to finish.

I am a member of both Resolution and the Peterborough Young Lawyers Group.

Jane Tatlock – BSc (Hons), Associate, Buckles Solicitors LLP

Jane has been a family solicitor since 1997 and specialises in areas such as divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, separation and arrangements for children. Roger Gurney – Partner, Buckles Solicitors LLP

Roger specialises in financial issues arising from divorce. Roger has over 37 years’ experience as a leading family lawyer, helping clients achieve a cost effective and fair outcome to the financial aspects arising from the breakdown of their marriage. Lyn is chair of the Best Divorce Options Group and has worked in Peterborough since 1997. Lyn handles all aspects of divorce and separation and is doing an increasing amount of preventive work as cohabitation contracts grow in popularity. Lyn is a trained collaborative lawyer who aims to help couples reach an agreement on how assets should be divided in a civilised way without the stress of going to court. In addition, Lyn is a trained family mediator. She uses her experience to guide and assist couples to explore options that work for both partners.
